Return Policy & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us! Sorry to hear that things didn't work out, but we have outlined below what is needed for a smooth return process. 

*All returns will be given store credit. We do not offer refunds at this time*

Return Policy

  • Returns will only be given store credit, you will not receive refunds to your original form of payment.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of original order date for store credit.
  • Any returns after the 30 days will be denied. 
  • If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • All returns MUST be scent free, unworn, unwashed, pet hair free, and with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
  • Jewlery, accessories, swimsuits, and sale items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • *Please note initial shipping charges are not refundable*

Store Credit 

  • We will inspect items, package slip, and tags. Once approved please allow 3-5 business days within the delivery of your items to our warehouse to receive your credit. 
  • Store credit will be given via E-Gift Card for the amount paid excluding initial shipping charges.

Exchange Policy 

  • If you wish to exchange your item for another size or item, you must first resend original item and then place an order. After we receive, inspect and approve your exchange, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. If you have any questions shoot us an email at & we will be happy to help!
